Purpose of this website

techupzone.ro is an informational website. Through it you can request information and quotations for the design, installation and maintenance of automation, security, networking and electrical systems.

Quotation requests

Submitting the contact form does not constitute a firm order and creates no contractual obligation for either party. All work is carried out on the basis of a quotation accepted in writing and, where applicable, a signed contract.

Prices and quotations

Prices stated in a quotation are valid for the period expressly set out in it. A quotation may be adjusted if, at the time of execution, site conditions are found to differ from those originally described by the client.

Warranty

Work carried out is covered by warranty in accordance with applicable law and the conditions set out in the contract. The warranty covers our workmanship and the equipment we install, within the limits of the manufacturer's own warranty. It does not cover faults caused by improper use, intervention by unauthorised third parties, natural disasters, or the absence of periodic maintenance where such maintenance is required.

The content of this website — text, images, graphics, logo and structure — belongs to TechUp Zone S.R.L. and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

The information presented on this website is general and informative in nature. It does not constitute technical advice for any particular case. The appropriate technical solution is determined solely following an on-site assessment.

Dispute resolution

Any disagreements will be settled amicably. Failing that, the courts at the supplier's registered office have jurisdiction. Consumers may contact ANPC (the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection) or use the European ODR platform.
