Three rules we never bend
This trade is full of corner-cutting: an undersized motor, cable pulled along the shortest run, a camera mounted where it is easiest rather than where it sees anything. The result shows up two years later, when things start giving out.
Sized correctly, not cheaply
A motor running at the edge of its rating lasts a year. We size for real weight and real usage frequency.
The design comes before the drill
We know where every camera and every cable run goes before we make the first hole.

Installation schematics, passwords, manuals. So you are never locked in if you want to change contractor.
