Privacy policy

TechUp Zone S.R.L., with its registered office at Str. Lăptăriei nr. 56, Sibiu, VAT number 43031213, processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect

Through the contact form on this website we collect:

• your full name
• your phone number
• your email address (optional)
• the location of the work (optional)
• the details of the enquiry you write
• your IP address and browser type, to prevent abuse

Why we collect it

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry, send you a quotation and coordinate any resulting work. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.

How long we keep it

We retain contact form data for 3 years from the last interaction, so that we can respond to later enquiries about work carried out. For clients under contract, we retain data for the duration of the contract and for a further 5 years after it ends, in line with statutory archiving obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be accessed by our website hosting provider, acting as a processor, solely for the maintenance of the technical infrastructure.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you
• rectification of inaccurate data
• erasure of your data (the "right to be forgotten")
• restriction of processing
• data portability
• object to processing
• withdraw your consent at any time
